When contacting Doggy AB – as a member/participant in competitions/when contacting Doggy -you should always feel secure with how we handle your personal data. With the introduction of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are adapting and clarifying our privacy policy as of 25 May 2018. GDPR imposes higher requirements on us as a company, which we view as positive, however it means no noticeable difference for those of you who are in contact with Doggy AB for various reasons. We already safeguard your personal privacy and believe You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding this or if you have any objections to how we process your personal data.

1. Information concerning the processing of your personal data
   Doggy AB safeguards your personal privacy and we would like you to feel secure when you disclose your details to us. For us at Doggy AB it is important to be transparent with how we process your personal data and provide you with information in a way that clearly explains how we will process your personal data.In this Privacy Policy we provide you with information concerning how we process your personal data. 2. Who is responsible for your personal data?
   Doggy AB, C.I.N. 556055-5129, is the controller for your personal data.    Our goal is to always provide you with simple and correct information concerning how we use your personal data. Your personal privacy is important to us and we work continually with improvements to ensure that those in contact with us always feel secure when disclosing personal data.

3. What personal data is collected by Doggy AB?
   We only process personal data when we have legal grounds to do so, and we do not process personal data other than when it is necessary in order to fulfil obligations according to the law or other statute or agreement.The personal data that is disclosed to Doggy AB – depending on the case – may include:– Name

   – Telephone number
   – Personal identity number
   – Case-related information
   – Information to customer service
   – Details that you have voluntarily and freely disclosed
   – Content/pictures that you yourself have published on our social media, so-called user-generated content.

4. Why does Doggy AB process your personal data?
   When you disclose personal data to us at Doggy AB, we use this information for the purposes and pursuant to the legal grounds and storage period stated below:
5. a) Obligations according to law:

   Purpose for using your data: To be able to fulfil the company’s obligations according to law in terms of product safety, authority decision, accounting requirements or in accordance with fiscal legislation.

   Our legal basis for this purpose is: The legal basis is to be able to fulfil our lawful obligations according to law.

   Storage and storage period: The data is stored for a period that is required according to applicable law.

   b) Membership: Purpose for using your data:To be able to administer your membership in one of our breeder clubs and member clubs.

   Our legal basis for this purpose is:
   The agreement that we have entered into with you constitutes the legal basis in order to manage your agreement concerning membership and administer any member benefits.

   Storage and storage period:
   As a member the company saves relevant and current data relating to your membership, as long as you choose to be a member with us. If you no longer wish to be a member, we will delete your data without delay, but no later than 1 month after we have received your message concerning termination. If you have been inactive for 3 years in a row, we will delete your membership and thereby remove all personal data about you. If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing from Doggy, you may always deregister from the mailing system.

   c) Customer service cases: Purpose for using your data:
   To be able to handle customer service cases, personal data is collected such as case-related information that you disclose when contacting our customer service.

   Our legal basis for this purpose is:
   It is the company’s legitimate interest that forms the legal basis, and the processing is necessary to be able to assist you with questions regarding products or complaints related to our products and follow-up questions concerning the matter. If your query concerns a claim, we will process your data in order to fulfil our obligations according to current consumer legislation.

   Storage and storage period:
   Information that relates to a customer service case/claim is saved until the case is closed.

   d) Competitions/Events: Purpose for using your data:
   To be able to implement your participation in competitions and events

   Our legal basis for this purpose is:
   The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to administer and follow-up on competitions and events, e.g., confirmation of applications or questions or information regarding winners.

   Storage and storage period:
   Data that is collected and stored until the competition/event is finished.

   e). General marketing: Purpose for using your data:
   To be able to send general marketing material (such as the mailing of brochures or offers), and personal direct marketing via e-mail, text, post or social media.

   Our legal basis for this purpose is:
   Doggy may process your personal data that is collected when contacting us in order to send out marketing material based on our legitimate interest of being able to promote our products and services. This means that we consider our interests in processing your personal data for the purposes that are listed above to outweigh the privacy violation that you are exposed to due to the processing. This assessment has been made with particular consideration to the fact that we believe the processing to be beneficial to you.

   Storage and storage period:
   Data that is collected is stored over a storage period of 36 months. You may always deregister from such mailings.

   At Doggy we save your data as long as the data is necessary (see point 4) in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data collection was originally intended. The data is saved for the period that is required according to applicable law. We have current routines that ensure we do not store unnecessary data concerning you, and we minimise the storage time as much as possible.Information that is collected following consent:
   If you are neither a customer nor a member of one of our clubs but perhaps visit Doggy’s websites or on other occasions where this is required, Doggy AB will acquire consent from you before we proceed with registering your personal data. We save the information that is collected from you with your consent for as long as the information is relevant, however we delete historical information regularly starting from when the information was collected. You may always withdraw your consent and the information shall be deleted as soon as possible.
7. When we might share your data
   Doggy only shares your personal data when there is a legal requirement, or in other cases when it is permitted according to law. We may in certain cases use a data processor that assists us with our marketing, or to administer agreements and orders. Companies that in these cases assist us may include shipping and logistics companies, banks and credit card companies, or suppliers within marketing. In such cases we shall conclude an agreement with the processor that ensures there are security measures in place in order to protect your data. When we share your data, this shall only be used for the same purposes for which the data collection was originally intended.Doggy shall not disclose your personal data to a country that lies outside of the EU/EEA, however in cases where this occurs via the processors, this is subject to strict requirements and agreements and according to applicable legislation.
8. Security of your personal data
   At Doggy AB we ensure that your personal data is processed according to specific security measures in order to protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorised access to the information. At Doggy AB, only the information that is required is processed and only by the people that need it to be able to offer the best service to our customers, members and competition participants.Your rights regarding your information
   Doggy AB guarantees that it will comply with the existing legislation regarding the processing of your personal data in its role as controller. According to Section 15 of GDPR, you have the right to, free of charge and once per calendar year, be informed on what personal data concerning you is being processed by us, and in what way. You are also entitled, according to Section 17 of GDPR, to request the withdrawal of your consent and/or the deletion of your personal data being processed by us.By law you may ask us what information we have concerning you and you may ask us to correct it if it is incorrect. You may also request for it to be deleted and you may also ask us to provide you with a copy of the information.

   You may also ask us to stop using your information. The simplest way to do this is by contacting us using the contact details shown above in point 2.

9. Complaints and the supervisory authority
   If you have a complaint concerning the use of your information, you can contact Doggy AB using the contact details provided above.The Swedish Data Protection Authority is responsible for regulatory supervision according to the data protection legislation, and those who consider there to be a case of erroneous processing of personal data may submit a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
